"This is a super simple and healthy grilled salmon recipe. It calls for Old Bay, but I used a salmon rub from Trader Joe's that tasted fantastic. I also think a cajun seasoning would be nice. Use your favorite seafood seasoning!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Step 2

Rub the olive oil and the Old Bay (or preferred seasoning) over both sides of the salmon.

Step 3

Place the salmon skin side down on the grill.

Step 4

Grill, covered and without turning, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (or instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees F.) - about 7-10 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle with the lime juice before serving (optional)
