Step 1: Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2: Rub the olive oil and the Old Bay (or preferred seasoning) over both sides of the salmon.
Step 3: Place the salmon skin side down on the grill.
Step 4: Grill, covered and without turning, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (or instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees F.) - about 7-10 minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle with the lime juice before serving (optional)
