Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning (or seafood seasoning of your choice. I like the Trader Joe's Salmon Rub)
  • 24 ounces salmon fillets, skin on (4)
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice - optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  • Step 2: Rub the olive oil and the Old Bay (or preferred seasoning) over both sides of the salmon.

  • Step 3: Place the salmon skin side down on the grill.

  • Step 4: Grill, covered and without turning, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (or instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees F.) - about 7-10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with the lime juice before serving (optional)
