"1-2-3- and this Salsa is ready. Make it as hot or mild as you like. I like to use medium chunky salsa and add a large fresh Jalapeno. Great with nachos, over rice or with noodles. The recipe was originally from Cooks.com by Michelle Peddy tweaked by me. The amounts are approximate - don't leave 1/2 cup of something in a tin just balance it all out."

I stumbled across this recipe looking for a salsa dish to use up the rest of a few ingredients I had in the frig...black beans and corn...this was perfect...I also had my salsa #recipe21612 in the frig so I just combined everything and ended up with a really tasty salsa...it does need a bit of salt...I cut the recipe in half and served it with tortilla chips...made for "Alphabet" tag game at FFF...thanks for sharing your recipe... =)
