We loved this yummy salad! There is so much going on here, but each ingredient is a MUST! My favorite flavors here are the mint and the pomegranate molasses. Such an exotic flavor profile! Oh, and it wouldn't be good to neglect the pita croutons. So good! It was all I could do not to snack them into oblivion before they made it onto the salad! Thanks for sharing this really great salad!

This recipe has a lot of moving parts but it is well worth it. I loved the pita crisps (I let mine go a minute too long so they were dark but still tasty). The dressing is so flavorful and I'm glad it made enough to use on salads this week. I couldn't find pomegranate molasses, so I boiled down some pomegranate juice and it worked well. Thanks for a yummy salad!

Yum, this was fabulous! I used gluten-free pita bread and dried pomegranate seeds because I couldn't find fresh ones. Thanks for sharing! Made as extra for The Amazing race

So good - we loved this salad. The mint and parsley gave it such a nice twist and the dressing was Fab! There's just something about pomegranate molasses that elevates it all. Yum, yum! Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it for The AmaZ'ing Race 2023 - Dubai, UAE and FYC tag games.
