"These tasty and spicy tenders are quick and easy to put together. The recipe is for two people but it can easily be doubled or tripled. We just love these served with a blue cheese sauce to dip in. These can also be pan-fried or deep-fried for a crispier coating. If you do not have access to Frank’s RedHot sauce, I have developed a copycat recipe for it posted here. #recipe13676"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pour the hot sauce into a shallow bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Mix the flour, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne in another shallow bowl or plastic bag.

Step 3

Dip the tenders in the hot sauce, then coat with the seasoning mixture.

Step 4

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle the oil over the parchment paper.

Step 5

Place the coated tenders on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, in a preheated 425-degree Fahrenheit oven, or until cooked through and no longer pink, turning over at the halfway point.

We enjoyed the flavors...I cooked them at 400°...and used about 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil...I did find it hard to keep the coating on the chicken...but that coating was deliciously hot...served it with one of our appy nights...thanks for sharing your recipe...made for "Billboard" tag game...
