Made as written for the FYC tag game. I served this breakfast casserole for a family brunch this morning. Served w/toast & sml avocado halves, it was a huge hit w/Siggi & his brother. My SIL & I felt it would benefit from the addition of a cpl of ingredients for extra flavor & texture, perhaps black olives & mushrooms. The boys had extra helpings even after dessert, so adds were definitely not a factor for them. Thx for sharing this man-pleaser brekkie w/us Teresa (Another pic showing a plated single serving will post later today or tomorrow). :-)
