"I made something like this from another site and I really loved it with my spin. You can make chicken (legs and thighs if cheaper) in the crock pot one day and next use some of the chicken baked up later for this or make a freezer casserole with it"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

The day before cook chicken in crockpot and save 1 lb to bake with sauce later

Step 2

Next day mix sauce.

Step 3

Fish chicken out of broth put in baking dish, I used bread pan so sauce is higher pour sauce over bake at 375 for 30 minutes until chicken is glazed and warm.

Very delicious chicken! I had some raspberry jelly in the refrigerator and was so happy to use it. I would never have come up with a combination of raspberry jelly, soy sauce and vinegar on my own... and I'm so glad you posted so I got to experience it! The sauce in the baking dish was really good over rice, too.
