Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook egg noodles and drain.
Step 2
Melt butter in large saucepan.
Step 3
Add 1 green onion, sour cream, cheese and nutmeg.
Step 4
Add to egg noodles; toss lightly to coat noodles.
Step 5
Sprinkle remaining green onion on top.
