  • 16 ounces dry egg noodles (extra wide package egg noodles, cooked and drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook egg noodles and drain.

  • Step 2: Melt butter in large saucepan.

  • Step 3: Add 1 green onion, sour cream, cheese and nutmeg.

  • Step 4: Add to egg noodles; toss lightly to coat noodles.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle remaining green onion on top.
