"This is not highly spiced but you can always increase the curry powder for more heat. I also add garam masala and dhana jera (mixture of coriander and cumin) for more of an Indian flavour."

This is a lovely side cabbage dish. I did use a good spoonful of garam masala as suggested in the intro and pepped it up with cayenne pepper. It did give this a nice Indian flavour. And, since I am counting calories, I used turkey bacon. Saved to make again soon.

My first curried cabbage - but not my last! Other than not having the coconut oil on hand I made as posted and followed through on your suggestions adding in a little more curry powder and the garam masala - loved loved loved this Curried Cabbage! Coconut oil is on my shopping list for a repeat that will be happening soon. Thank you for another of your great tasting recipes that have been added to our family cookbook.
