Step 1: Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp and place on wire rack or between paper towels and set aside.
Step 2: In same skillet over medium heat add coconut oil, onion and curry powder and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add shredded cabbage and lemon pepper.
Step 4: Cover and cook, stirring occasionally until cabbage is soft; add a wee bit of broth as needed.
Step 5: Break bacon into pieces and stir into cabbage along with salt to taste.
Step 6: Garnish with toasted coconut and enjoy!
