Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and salt. Beat with electric hand-held mixer until smooth.
Step 2
Add lemon juice.
Step 3
Chill until partially set, about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in cucumbers and onions.
Step 5
Pour into a 1 quart ring mold and chill until firm.
