Step by Step Method
Step 1
Wash and peel the cucumber and chop it very finely. (see NOTE in description)
Step 2
Wash and peel he carrot and chop it very finely
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth. Add the cucumber and carrot to the yogurt.
Step 4
Add the spices and salt, to taste.
Step 5
Garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired.
