Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat wok with 1 tablespoon oil

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon tamari to eggs, then fry eggs into omelet

Step 3

Remove rest of oils, then add chicken and onion

Step 4

Add carrots and green beans, then add garlic and ginger. Add in cauliflower and keep stirring

Step 5

Add remainder of tamari.; stir then season to taste

Step 6

Slice omelet into slices, then add slices back to the pan. Add in the green onions
