  • 1 tablespoon bacon grease
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 3 cups cauliflower (riced - cauliflower rice)
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup green beans, minced
  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast (chopped(
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat wok with 1 tablespoon oil

  • Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon tamari to eggs, then fry eggs into omelet

  • Step 3: Remove rest of oils, then add chicken and onion

  • Step 4: Add carrots and green beans, then add garlic and ginger. Add in cauliflower and keep stirring

  • Step 5: Add remainder of tamari.; stir then season to taste

  • Step 6: Slice omelet into slices, then add slices back to the pan. Add in the green onions
