Crunchy Sesame-Ginger Chicken Salad
"Interesting recipe. It uses rice crackers for crunch. I prefer sesame, nori or plain rice crackers. Feel free to pick what you prefer! If I am planning on having this the next day for lunch, I leave out some of the crackers so they aren't soggy when I eat it. It uses rotisserie chicken for quickness, but feel free to use pre-cooked chicken breast meat if you have it on hand. My favorite part is the edamame."
