"Easy vegetarian main dish. For seasoning, I use either Teeny TIny Spice Company Hot Italian Seasoning or Penzeys Tuscan Sunset. Title should read "tortellini" not "torellini.""

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Put tortellini through to black pepper in crockpot and stir; sprinkle with 1/4 cup mozzarella.

Step 2

Cover with spinach and top with the rest of the mozzarella.

Step 3

Cook on low setting for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.

Step 4

Stir and serve.
