"This Butter Chicken recipe is one I enjoy often. My DH is not a big fan of Indian food but he does really enjoy this. Serve this with a side of Jasmine or Basmati rice or your favorite bun or Naan Bread to soak up those fantastic juices."

We enjoyed the butter chicken with rice very much -- an easy and delicious dinner. The only change I made was skipping the garam masala but will make sure we have some on hand next time we make this. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Indian dish! Did increase the curry powder (Madras) and the Garam Masala a wee bit. It is a breeze to prepare. I sure enjoy using the crockpot on busy days! Thank you for sharing Bea! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This was so good! I did change the order of instructions a bit, per the advice of an Indian friend. I sauteed the chicken first, removed it from pan, then sauteed the onions, garlic and spices by themselves with a bit more butter. Added the chicken back and mixed well. Finished per your instructions. We loved it!

Delicious butter chicken! I loved that it was a crockpot meal so it was ready when I got home from work. All I had to do was to make a salad and heat up some rice. This was very flavorful. I especially liked the fire roasted tomatoes. Thank you!

This is a lovely Butter Chicken recipe that we enjoyed for 2 dinners and I have some leftover to freeze for another meal. I always have these ingredients on hand, and I'll be making this again. Next time I will probably use a little less tomato sauce per Hubby's preference. Served with shredded coconut, chutney and sambal for some more "kick!" Delicious!

This was exceptionally delicious. I loved the addition of the fire-roasted tomatoes in this recipe, it added a nice tomato flavor with a bit of a fire-roasted kick. It worked quite well in this recipe. The sauce is so flavorful though, and it served to also moisten the steamed white rice that I served with the Butter Chicken. It was a very satisfying and filling dinner. Thank you, QueenBea.
