"This recipe came from my daughter a several years ago. They are so tasty that I make them often. I think it is the seasoned croutons that make them taste so good. You may also use these as an appetizer for Super Bowl Sunday and use them as a finger food."

Step 1
If you have large chicken breasts, partially freeze them so they will cut easily; cut them into strips (size is your choice), or you may use the little tenderloin pieces that they now have packaged as these are much easier and you don't have to cut them.
Step 2
In a food processor, crush the croutons and place in a dish; add parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic salt; mix well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites and water together; dip chicken into the wash and then into the crumbs.
Step 4
Spray a pan and bake at 450 degrees for about 14-16 minutes. Serve with dressing if you like.
