  • The following recipe serves 3-4 people.

Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons (whichever kind you like)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 eggs whites
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts OR tenders (I like these)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: If you have large chicken breasts, partially freeze them so they will cut easily; cut them into strips (size is your choice), or you may use the little tenderloin pieces that they now have packaged as these are much easier and you don't have to cut them.

  • Step 2: In a food processor, crush the croutons and place in a dish; add parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic salt; mix well.

  • Step 3: In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites and water together; dip chicken into the wash and then into the crumbs.

  • Step 4: Spray a pan and bake at 450 degrees for about 14-16 minutes. Serve with dressing if you like.
