Super tasty, crispy and moist chicken that the batter actually adhered to! I would recommend taking the time to make it. I made french fries as well since I had the fat already hot. Nothing better!

I made this recipe on 7/23/14 for our Anniversary dinner. Before getting on with the review, I'll have to say there was a bit of confusion in the directions.Where it says to add the egg yolk/water mixture to the dry ingredients. Which dry ingredients are you talking about. Was it the Seasoned Flour, or the Crispy Batter Flour ? I assumed you meant the Crispy Batter,so that where it was added. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts(it's just a personal preference). I kept the amount of flour the same for the seasoned flour part of the recipe. But I did double the seasonings. Other than that the recipe was made as written. With some of the remaining flour, I made a gravy to go with the potatoes that was served along with Fried Squash. We did enjoy the taste of the chicken. Thanks for posting this recipe and, " Keep Smiling :) "
