"The extra crunch in these cheesy bites comes from crispy rice cereal. This recipe calls for freshly GRATED cheese, which means using a rasp-style grater, and NOT a box grater with large holes that results in shredded cheese. To make grating easier, make sure the cheese is very cold."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT Rice Krispies. Mix until it forma a ball that slightly sticks together and incorporates all of the flour. It's easiest to use your hands for this!
Step 3
Gently fold in the Rice Krispies.
Step 4
Shape into one-inch balls. Place the balls one inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Use a fork to flatten each ball in a criss-cross fashion (like peanut butter cookies).
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and cool IN THE PAN over a wire rack. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
