"You need to try this. Such a Deeeeeelicus chicken recipe! I'm not skinless breast lover so I used 8 thighs with the bone and skin on. also added in cayenne pepper to the flour mix and Tabasco to the egg mix (I like it spicy) if you have some leftover breading mix put in freezer till next time"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the sides of a 9x13inch pan with cooking spray, then pour and spread 1/3 cup melted butter in the bottom of the pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk.
Step 4
In a third bowl, mix the shredded cheese, bread crumbs, cereal.
Step 5
FIRST: dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Step 6
SECOND: dip in the egg mixture.
Step 7
THIRDLY: press in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Step 8
Arrange in the prepared baking dish.
Step 9
Top the chicken with a small bit of Parmesan cheese.
Step 10
Bake 40-45 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear, I used bone-in skin-on thighs they were done in 45 minutes.
