Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the sides of a 9x13inch pan with cooking spray, then pour and spread 1/3 cup melted butter in the bottom of the pan.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk.
Step 4: In a third bowl, mix the shredded cheese, bread crumbs, cereal.
Step 5: FIRST: dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Step 6: SECOND: dip in the egg mixture.
Step 7: THIRDLY: press in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Step 8: Arrange in the prepared baking dish.
Step 9: Top the chicken with a small bit of Parmesan cheese.
Step 10: Bake 40-45 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear, I used bone-in skin-on thighs they were done in 45 minutes.
