"This is a great breakfast casserole that I made for brunch at my mom's house for New Years and we ate every bite between 10 of us, including my lil guy who cleaned his plate! It's incredibly easy to make, which is a real plus during the busy time during the holidays."

Made a delicious and satisfying casserole for breakfast! You could use many add-ins with this too. I'm thinking ham, Canadian bacon, bacon, along with your favorite veggies and cheeses.
