Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix eggs, milk and butter.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir just to mix (there will be lumps).
Step 5
Pour into muffin cups and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
Step 6
Turn out onto wire rack and cool slightly.
