"I used a powdered sugar alternative when I created this... feel free to sub the real stuff, if you have it and like it. If you prefer a sweeter dip, you can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup to taste. You can also garnish the dip with chopped peanuts, cake sprinkles or a shake or two of cinnamon for extra flavor."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar alternative, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the ingredients together until they are well combined and smooth.

Step 3

Gradually add the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, and continue mixing until the dip reaches your desired consistency. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner dip.

Step 4

Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness by adding more powdered sugar alternative if desired.

Step 5

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 6

Serve fresh apple slices for dipping.

This is a lovely smooth dip. So good for snacking on pieces of apple. We all liked it very much and glad I have some left to snack on it during my workday. Thank you, NE Lady, for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag.
