"This is a packaged seasoning mix from Club House that I picked up for a quick week night dinner. I had most of the ingredients in my cupboards, only had to pick up the cream. I think I would dress it up with sundried tomatoes, zucchini and red pepper."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta as per package directions. Drain well.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in large skillet, on medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken; sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add seasoning mix, tomatoes, cream and cheese. Bring to boil, whisking constantly until well blended. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in pasta; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
