5 + Stars!! This is amazing and so easy to make. I let my son and his friend go first, and all I got was a spoonful. Not enough to take a photo of. So if you have hearty eaters, be sure and double the recipe. I added all the extra pasta water and a bit more cream while I waited on garlic bread to finish up. Amazing flavor for very little work!! Saving in my Best of File!

Right into my Best Of file it goes. We all loved it and we were drowning in our own drool, it was that good! I did cook the sausage first (sliced and left skin on, to save time), drained the fat, then added a bit of olive oil to the same skillet, then sautéed the garlic and proceeded as follows. Increased the sauce a bit to be enough for all of us (adding part heavy cream and part light cream, a bit more wine, etc.). Thank you, so much, Dee. Made it for FYC.
