Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Pat chicken dry with a towel. Place breasts in a greased 9×13 pan.
Step 3
Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
Step 4
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the breasts are thoroughly cooked.
