Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (4-6 fillets or thighs if you wish)
  • 6 to 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices (6-8 slices, Mozzarella works too)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to your taste)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375.

  • Step 2: Pat chicken dry with a towel. Place breasts in a greased 9×13 pan.

  • Step 3: Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.

  • Step 4: In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the breasts are thoroughly cooked.
