"I made some recipes that were posted at another site but now that I am here I want to have them here so I will have easy access to them. This is one of my favorite apple recipes and one I drool over every time I have it. I usually make it for breakfast. It is incredibly delicious, and takes about 10 minutes to make. It was originally posted by Marg (CaymanDesigns). Here is my review: OMG! Another winner to add to my recipe file... I scaled this down to one serving, and it came out very well. I used 1 apple, 1 pat butter, about 1/8 cup sugar, 1/2 tablespoon flour, 1/6 cup half and half for the milk, 1/3 teaspoon vanilla, and then when the sauce was made, I sprinkled a little more of the cinnamon sugar over the top, then sprinkled nutmeg over that. One of the best desserts I have had in a long time, and one that I will be making a lot. It literally took me 10 minutes from start to finish. I only had it in the microwave for about 4 minutes and it was done, but I did slice my apples on the thinner side. EXCELLENT recipe Marg, and the sauce was to die for! Thanks SO MUCH for sharing."
