Step by Step Method
Step 1
In stock pot, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add onion and saute for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and saute for 1 minute longer.

Stir in frozen spinach.

Stir often and break apart using a wooden spoon; cook for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Pour in chicken broth, mushroom soup rinsed out with broth and artichoke hearts.

Add cooked chicken.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add heavy cream and stir together.

Add cream cheese and let melt slowly.

Don't boil.

Take off heat, and stir in parmesan cheese.

Season according to taste.
