Boil the cabbage until tender; drain well and set aside.

Step 2

In a large saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in the canola oil until the onions are transparent; remove the saucepan from the heat; add the flour mix until smooth. Using a whisk, slowly blend in the milk; add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Return the saucepan to the heat; stir constantly over medium heat until thickened and the flour tastes cooked. Great cabbage recipe! We love love love cabbage, and this was an easy tasty way to make it. I steamed wedges of cabbage until crisp tender, then sliced them and added to the cream sauce. I used a whole chopped onion and fresh ground black pepper. After tasting it, I did add a little salt and doubled the feta. I served fillets of Greek seasoned fish over it and Hubby agreed it was a great dinner. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

This is really delicious! The flavorful feta sauce complements the cabbage perfectly. And because everything is prepared on the stove top, it's a cinch to make. We've enjoyed this dish twice now, and will definitely do so again. Thanks Derf!
