"I had these at a church luncheon they were so good I had to get the recipe, this is the original recipe so makes a lot, I have no idea as to the exact servings so I am just guessing, I'm sure it can be divided into thirds or half. I was told that the filling can also be used to made party sandwiches using crustless bread instead of tortillas"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, green onions, Ranch dressing and garlic powder mix in food processor. Spread over each tortillas.

Step 2

Sprinkle with celery, red bell peppers and olives over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up as tight as possible jelly-roll style. Wrap the rolls tightly in plastic and refrigerate for several hours.

Step 3

Slice into 3/4-inch thick slices and arrange on serving platter.

Great for our office party, and so colorful. I added chopped pepperoni and plum tomatoes. Went home with an empty plate!
