  • 700 grams flour tortillas (12 large tortillas, they used Spinach-Herb and Sundried Tomato flavor)
  • 48 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 green onions (chopped fine)
  • 3 packets (1.0 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 cups sliced black olives (drained well if canned, then chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine cream cheese, green onions, Ranch dressing and garlic powder mix in food processor. Spread over each tortillas.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle with celery, red bell peppers and olives over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up as tight as possible jelly-roll style. Wrap the rolls tightly in plastic and refrigerate for several hours.

  • Step 3: Slice into 3/4-inch thick slices and arrange on serving platter.
