Step 1: Combine cream cheese, green onions, Ranch dressing and garlic powder mix in food processor. Spread over each tortillas.
Step 2: Sprinkle with celery, red bell peppers and olives over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up as tight as possible jelly-roll style. Wrap the rolls tightly in plastic and refrigerate for several hours.
Step 3: Slice into 3/4-inch thick slices and arrange on serving platter.
