"These are a great after dinner mint. Very smooth and creamy. I tend to use different mint flavorings for these, such and wintergreen mint, peppermint and spearmint."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, stirring till well mixed.
Step 2
Divide into 4 portions.
Step 3
Add in desired coloring, kneading till desired color is reached (add more icing sugar if dough is sticky).
Step 4
Repeat with remaining portions, using different colors.
Step 5
Roll into 1 inch balls and roll balls in sugar.
Step 6
Place ball on waxed paper and flatten with small glass, or fork.
Step 7
Chill in fridge.
Step 8
Store in airtight container.
