"Easy, very mild recipe . Use the temperature of salsa you like and pepper jack cheese. Jalapenos were mentioned if you want to bump it up. lol I think some breaded tenders might be good here too lol served with Mexican rice and beans."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray a medium size frypan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Sprinkle chili powder and seasonings to taste over chicken.
Step 3
Cook chicken strips until no longer pink.
Step 4
Turn stove top on low and add green chili's on top of chicken.
Step 5
Cook until chili's are warmed.
Step 6
Add cheese and cook until melted on top of chili's.
Step 7
Put on a dish and serve with heated salsa on the side.
