  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast strips
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounces green chilies (1 can)
  • 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup salsa, heated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a medium size frypan with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle chili powder and seasonings to taste over chicken.

  • Step 3: Cook chicken strips until no longer pink.

  • Step 4: Turn stove top on low and add green chili's on top of chicken.

  • Step 5: Cook until chili's are warmed.

  • Step 6: Add cheese and cook until melted on top of chili's.

  • Step 7: Put on a dish and serve with heated salsa on the side.
