"Easy, very mild recipe . Use the temperature of salsa you like and pepper jack cheese. Jalapenos were mentioned if you want to bump it up. lol I think some breaded tenders might be good here too lol served with Mexican rice and beans."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray a medium size frypan with cooking spray.

Step 2

Sprinkle chili powder and seasonings to taste over chicken.

Step 3

Cook chicken strips until no longer pink.

Step 4

Turn stove top on low and add green chili's on top of chicken.

Step 5

Cook until chili's are warmed.

Step 6

Add cheese and cook until melted on top of chili's.

Step 7

Put on a dish and serve with heated salsa on the side.

I've never ate at Cracker Barrel...but these chicken strips are full of cheesy deliciousness...they are also so easy to prepare...I served them with some Mexi Fries and mexi corn...what a perfect meal...made for "FYC" tag game...
