Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Whisk together the ketchup, chicken broth, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Pour enough in a small casserole dish to cover the bottom.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in the casserole dish.

Place the chopped onion over the chicken and pour the remaining ketchup mixture over the top of the chicken and onions.

Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. This will depend on how thick your chicken pieces are.

Serve with rice, french fries, or mashed potatoes to drizzle the juices over.
