I am a wee bit confused with this recipe. I have never had a curry sauce with red wine in it and it was a totally different flavour than what I expected. Not bad...just different. DH loved it, that is why the 5 stars. I roasted a whole chicken rather than a bought rotisserie one. I will make this again without the red wine. Thank you Dienia for sharing your recipe!
