  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup onions,minced
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 4 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 ounce light cream ,(3 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bone and skin chicken

  • Step 2:

  • Step 3: In a skillet

  • Step 4: Heat oil

  • Step 5: Add onions

  • Step 10: And wine raise heat and cook 5 more minutes. Dont burn

  • Step 11: Cool mixture then fold into mayonnaise

  • Step 12: And cream

  • Step 13: Season to taste

  • Step 14: Coat chicken
