"I tried this icing for the first time at a girl's night in. The host had these plain white cupcakes frosted with this icing and they were so good. This "MADE" these cupcakes taste amazing!! She was kind enough to email me the recipe after I asked her for it so I could make this and enjoy. Merci Dianne ;)"
