"Now I have never made these, but my DD has on a few occasions. I must admit to never wanting to make these but after trying them, they actually were really good. The recipe came from a show here in Australia called "Good Chef, Bad Chef". Even though these were healthy and Gluten free, we still really enjoyed these!!!!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place cacao powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Place the first four ingredients in a processor and blitz the ingredients until smooth and forming a ball.
Step 3
Take out then form into small balls with your hands, when in even shaped balls, roll the balls in the cacao powder.
Step 4
Set in fridge for about 20 minutes.
