"I've always loved quiche, you can make many different kinds of quiche but this one is one of my favorites because of the classic flavors. Throw in any other additions that you would like, change up the cheese, or leave it the way it is. This one is a winner!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and half and half until combined. Add in pepper, salt, and mustard. Mix well.
Step 3
After your pie crust has come to room temperature, roll out onto your pre-greased pie pan.
Step 4
Layer ham and cheese on the bottom of the pie crust. Now pour egg mixture in and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Place pie on a baking sheet in case of spills. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown and eggs should be fully set.
