"This is based on a recipe I got a hundred years ago from F.com, but have since changed enough that I don't feel bad about posting it as my own. The brand of seasoning blends I use is Olde Thompson's, but you can use whichever brand you prefer."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F; spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Lay chicken in bottom of pan and sprinkle each piece with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of each seasoning blend, and 1 ounce feta cheese crumbles.
Step 3
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced.
