"A slightly spicy chicken omelet."
Whisk eggs, cream, spices together. Stir in 1/2 of the pepper jack cheese.
Lightly oil skillet. Pour in egg mixture. Cool on medium.
Cool until the eggs are almost set. In small bowl warm Salsa Verde in microwave.
Place. Chicken and bacon on one side of the omelet. food other half over and top with salsa Verde and remaining Cheese. Cover cook til cheese melts.
Remove. P!ate. Top with sour cream.
