"The sauce is excellent in this recipe. I use Baby Ray's Chipotle Raspberry dressing, any Italian and any sundried Tomatoe dressing. Lovely combination of flavors. Very moist tender chicken. Discard the skin when cooked but it does help keep the chicken moist while cooking."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Clean the chicken, wipe with damp paper towel, pat dry, place in crock pot, season with salt and pepper
