"This recipe goes back a while, when I made this I use a 350 mL bottle of President's Choice Dry Garlic Sparerib sauce, if you can't find that brand then use another good similar brand"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
For the sauce; in a saucepan combine the sauce with brown sugar and garlc; bring to a simmer over medium-low heat stirring. Add cornstarch and simmer stirring until the sauce thickens; set aside.
Step 2
Place the wings on a baking sheet; season lightly with salt and pepper. Broil wings on both sides until crispy (do not cook completely just until golden brown). Place the wings in a casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the wings then turn to coat the wings in the sauce.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 45-50 minutes or until tender (basting occasionally).
